3 refreshing juice recipes that you can make them in just 5 minutes

In this Blog, we will learn 3 refreshing juice recipes. Our first juice is beetroot and carrot juice, which is filled with apple’s sweetness. Then we will make a green juice, which is filled with so many vegetables.

And lastly, we will make our clean carrot juice, which will use a secret ingredient. The special thing about these 3 juices is that you can make them in just 5 minutes. You may be asking, when should I take these juices? Instead of evening tea or coffee, you can take these nutritious juices.

If you do heavy exercise in the morning, then you can take these to get energy boost after exercise. Once a week, if you want to fast to detox the whole body, then you can take them alternately. And next time, when you have guests over, then instead of tea or coffee, you can give them these juices.

Keep in mind that the juices we are going to make in this Blog are all nourishing juices. For detox, the best is ash gourd juice, which we have told you about in our other Blogs. So come, let’s start the recipes.

In this Blog, all the recipes are served to 2 people.

First of all, we will make ABC juice, i.e. apple, beetroot, and carrot juice. For this juice, you need 1 apple, 2 medium beetroots, and 6-8 carrots. You can use any carrots according to the season. This juice is very good with both orange and red carrots. And lastly, for flavor, we will add a small piece of ginger.

First, we will cut all the ingredients like this so that they can be easily added to the juicer. Have you ever seen a cut beetroot carefully from the inside? It looks as beautiful from the outside as it looks hard from the inside. Whenever I make this juice, I always look at the beetroot and think how Mother Nature has made every fruit, every vegetable so beautiful.

Similarly, cut the apple and carrot. Then put them all in the juicer one by one. Keep in mind that too much ginger will make the juice spicy and it will get stuck in the throat.

That’s why add only a small piece of ginger. If you want, you can add a handful of mint leaves for extra freshness. You must be thinking which juicer are we using.

We are using a slow-press juicer. Look, there are 2 categories of juicers, centrifugal and slow-press. The problem with a centrifugal juicer is that it generates a lot of heat and some nutrients get destroyed when it comes in contact with this heat.

On the other hand, a slow-press juicer, which we also call a cold-press juicer, slowly extracts the juice, which keeps the nutrients intact. But don’t worry too much about this. Use whichever juicer you have.

If you don’t have a juicer, then no problem. You can use a mixer. Just grind all the ingredients in the mixer.

If you need a little water, you can add it. Then with the help of a thin cotton cloth, extract the juice like this. So here it is, our Power Pack ABC Juice is ready.

This is a very good post-workout drink, which you can take after yoga or exercise. Whether you’re a kid or an adult, everyone loves this juice. Make sure you don’t add any salt, sugar or chaat masala to it.

By doing this, all its nutrients are lost. One more thing, those who have diabetes, please avoid this juice. For them, we will go ahead and try a special juice.

In a Satvic lifestyle, we don’t drink juices, but eat them. Didn’t understand? Before taking in every sip, we squish it in our mouth for 5 seconds so that it can mix with our saliva. By doing this, when it enters our stomach, it is easier to digest.

If you drink the whole juice at once, then there’s no point. Let’s move on to our second juice, Green Juice. Are you also one of those people who get a bitter, nose-closing, and forced-to-drink juice as soon as they hear the name of green juice? Then don’t worry at all, because the green juice we’re going to make today is not an ordinary green juice.

We call it Glorious Green Juice. This is really a very tasty green juice. In one glass of this juice, you get the nutrients of so many vegetables.

To make this juice, we need 2 medium-sized cucumbers. If you don’t have cucumbers, you can use a small piece of ghee. And if you live outside India, you can use 3-4 celery stalks.

Then we’ll take a handful of spinach leaves, 1 1⁄4 cup fresh mint leaves, 2 medium-sized apples, you can also use nashpati instead. And lastly, a small piece of ginger. Roughly chop all the ingredients.

While making any juice, try to follow the 80-20 principle. That is, the vegetables should be 80% and the fruits 20%. A juice with more fruits is good for those who want to gain weight.

If you want to maintain your weight or want to lose weight, then do follow this 80-20 principle. After chopping everything, put them in a juicer. Personally, I love mint leaves.

It makes every juice tastier. Make sure to put the spinach and mint leaves in the middle of your juicy vegetables. By doing this, your juicer will work better.

Don’t put all the spinach at once and end up with a stuck juicer. If you want, you can add the cucumber with the skin. If you’re using a blender to make this juice, add the cucumber first so that the rest of the vegetables can be mixed easily.

Since the cucumber already has a lot of water, you don’t need to add extra water to this juice. Lastly, add a little lemon juice. Not too much, just about a teaspoon.

This makes it even tastier. So come on, our glorious green juice is also ready. Hmm… No one can say that we’ve added spinach to this.

Because of the apple, it tastes sweet. Now it’s time for our last and most special juice. Clean carrot juice.

While making this juice, I don’t know why I always remember sunset. I think this juice is like sunset in a glass. To make this juice, we need 2 medium-sized carrots.

Depending on the weather, you can use orange or red carrots. 2 oranges or oranges. 1 small piece of ginger.

And 3 cups of chopped papaya. Which is our secret ingredient. Have you ever had papaya juice before? No, right? So come on, let’s make it today.

As always, cut all your ingredients first. This juice is a very good option for winters. Because all its ingredients come in the months of winter.

The fruity aroma of oranges, the sparkling colour of carrots, the creaminess of papaya, I really enjoy making this juice. Now we’ll just add all the ingredients one by one to the juicer. If you’re using a mixer, make sure to remove the seeds of the oranges.

Otherwise, your juice will taste bitter. Papaya gives this juice a slight thickness. Which makes it a very filling juice.

The day we don’t feel like eating fruits for breakfast, we sometimes take this juice. Come on, we’ve made the juices. But now you must be wondering what to do with this leftover fibre and roughage.

You can add it to your plants like compost. Or you can use it as a body scrub too. We would like to know how you use your leftover fibre.
